While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. Routine server maintenance, EPG updates, and VOD library refreshes are required to keep the platform running at peak performance. We reserve the right to perform this maintenance, which may result in temporary downtime. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that brief interruptions are a standard part of maintaining a high-quality network.

2. Terms of Use

Account Usage & Sharing Your Slate TV subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. Account sharing across multiple households or attempting to restream, broadcast, or distribute our feeds is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban without a refund.

Payments & Billing To protect user privacy and maintain low overhead, Slate TV exclusively accepts payments via Cryptocurrency and CashApp.

Manual Activation: Because we do not use automated credit card gateways, all accounts are provisioned manually upon receipt of funds.

No Auto-Renew: We do not automatically charge you. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription at the end of your billing cycle to avoid service interruption.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and the manual payment methods used, all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled or banned accounts.

3. Privacy Commitments
